Advanged Features
The Automatic gloves Stripping machine is used for automatic stripping of nitrile / latex / PVC gloves, working with glove production line synchronously. No motor is needed and it has features of stable running and low noise. Beading, mechanical arm fitting hand moulds, air blowing and turn-up, mechanical arm moving outwards, blowing off gloves, all these steps are completed by one time.

Whole frame of Automatic gloves Stripping machine by MS square steel and arm by Stainless steel material for parts which contact gloves, no contamination to gloves.
Equiped pre-stripping system as hairbrush roller rack which is installed on distance adjusting device. A hairbrush roller is installed beneath the rack and the roller contacts the wrist part of hand formers. The roller connects with the motor which is installed on the rack through the chain wheel driving device. In this way, when moulds on the production line move to the position of beading mechanism, rotating hairbrush roller touches the hand moulds, and the roller can brush the glove from its cuff downwards, and curl the edge to the wrist part of the mould. This process is a preparation for the following automatic stripping.
The drive system of the glove stripping machine is synchronous power-taking mechanism with gloves production line, Major sprocket and secondary sprocket are coaxially installed on the main shaft. Major sprocket coordinates with main drive chain which drives hand formers on the production line. Secondary sprocket connects with power take-off sprocket through secondary driving chain and tension force adjustment device.
