The cashew cutting line is designed manufactured by MEKONG TECH GROUP according to Vietnam cashew shelling technology, used cutting and separating steamed cashew nut into cashew shell, cashew kernel, uncutted and unscooped with high capacity upto 2400 kg/hour, broken rate lower 3%, Shelled rate high than 95%.

The automatic cashew cutting line is a machine system consisting of many automatic cashew shelling machines connected to an automatic cashew separating system, the line has a high degree of automation and saves operating labor.

The entire frame of the Automatic cashew cutting line is made of painted MS square steel with a thickness of 3 -4 mm or stainless steel, the parts contact direct with kernel made of stainless steel 304, has a sustainable structure and food safety.

The Automatic cashew cutting line is equiped the Modern cashew cutting machine Model: MEKONG-2022, big capacity upto 400 kg/hour/single machine and minimize broken rate, unscoped and uncut, increase shelled rate upto 95 %, no oil contamination.

All equipment in the system is controlled by a central electrical cabinet, equipped with a speed control inverter and a central processor PLC (on request) to easily connect all machines in the factory and SCADA system.
