MEKONG Cashew processing line is complete cashew machine for cashew processing plant with high automatic from cleaning to calibration, steaming cooking, cooling and shelling & separation and filling in tray to preparing for cashew drying process, cashew peeling process to grading and packing process.
MEKONG Cashew processing line is applied new Vietnam cashew technology with high performance and less labour, used new moderm cashew shelling machine with 10-12 blade, high capacity 200-350 kg, broken rate < 3%, whole kernel > 95%, New cashew peeling machine with 4 channel, high capacity upto 500 kg/hour, saving air compressor, whole kernel > 90%.
Main cashew machine of Cashew Processing Line:
1. Raw cashew nut cleaning & calibration system it is used cleaning impurities, stone in Raw cashew nut and classification and calibrating the size appropriate to the size with cashew cooking machine and cashew shelling machine.
2. Cashew nut steam cooking system: its is used saturated steam from Cashew Boiler to separate kernel in cashew shell to preparing for cashew shelling machine.
