The cashew recutting system is combination of cashew cutting machine and cashew separating system, is fully automatic from picking uncut cashew nut from the cashew shelling line to shelling and separating, which saves 80% of the labor used for re-separating in cashew shelling & separating process.
Compatible with a variety of cashew shelling line, no damage to the product, no oil contamination contribute to improving the quality of finished products.
The frame of the automatic cashew recutted system is made of MS painted steel or stainless steel, the material in direct contact with the cashew kernel is 304 stainless steel, all ball bearings, motor, and electrical equipment are imported to meet CE standards.
The control system is easy to operate with 2 automatic and manual modes, which is easy to connect to the control system of the cashew shelling system.
