Cashew processing plant capacity 20TPD, MEKONG-20TPD is medium cashew processing factory, use for with input capacity 20,000 kg per day with 8 hour, output: 5,000 kg.

The Cashew processing plant capacity 20TPD, is fully equipped with the latest processing equipment of Vietnam, with complete processing of Cashew processing plant, capacity 20TPD as Calibration -> Steaming -> Shelling -> drying -> Humidifier -> Peeling -> Grading -> vacuum packing as following:
1: Raw cashew size sorting system (Calibration system) is combine with two Raw cashew size sorting machine into one Raw cashew size sorting system with input capacity 4 ton/hour, with complete equipment as Hopper – bucket elevator – two drum sorting size (10 m), with installation area 14 x 5 x 1.6 m, power source: 6 kw, 380 V.
2. Cashew steaming machine (cashew cooking machine or Cooker), Model: MEKONG-800ST is design static or rotation cooker, can use heating steaming saturated from the boiler or use wood or cashew shell to fire direct, the steamed cashew have high uniformity, suitable for cashew shelling line.
3. Automatic cashew shelling line is combine of three kind cashew shelling line MEKONG-10H5 (capacity: 800 kg/hour), cashew shelling line MEKONG-10H2 (capacity: 500 kg/hour) and cashew shelling line MEKONG-10H1 (capacity 10-120 kg/hour),
Cashew shelling line, MEKONG-10H5 (capacity 800 kg/hour), include main parts as following:
- Hopper: 1 psc.
- Bucket elevator: 1 pcs.
- Automatic cashew shelling machine, Model: MEKONG -10H1: 5 pcs with 10 blade, capacity 200 kg/hour (4 machine for cutting and 1 machine for recutter)
- Double sieving machine: 1 pcs.
- Secondary sieving machine: 1 pcs
- Centrifugal machine: 3 pcs.
- Air grader: 2 psc.
- Working table: 1 pcs.
- Blowing fan: 2 pcs.
- Delivery bucket conveyor: 1pcs
Cashew shelling line, MEKONG-10H2 (capacity 400-500 kg/hour), include main parts as following:
- Hopper: 1 psc.
- Bucket elevator: 1 pcs.
- Automatic cashew shelling machine, Model: MEKONG -10H1: 2 pcs with 10 blade, capacity 200 kg/hour.
- Double sieving machine: 1 pcs.
- Secondary sieving machine: 1 pcs
- Centrifugal machine: 3 pcs.
- Air grader: 2 psc.
- Working table: 1 pcs.
- Blowing fan: 2 pcs.
- Delivery bucket conveyor: 1pcs

- Hopper: 1 psc.
- Bucket elevator: 1 pcs.
- Automatic cashew shelling machine, Model: MEKONG -10H1: 1 pcs with 10 blade, capacity 200 kg/hour.
- Double sieving machine: 1 pcs.
- Centrifugal machine: 2 pcs.
- Air grader: 1 psc.]

- Blowing fan: 2 pcs.
- Delivery bucket conveyor: 1pcs (option).
4. Cashew drying machine (BOMA DRYER), Model: MEKONG-2500 is use steaming saturated from the boiler, ensure the product has a high uniformity after cashew drying machine, minimizing broken in cashew peeling machine, beside, we designed depend on requirement of customer can use electric cashew drying machine.
5. Cashew Humidifying machine, (Humidifiers) is used to moisten cashew nuts after cashew drying machine and before cashew peeling machine, ensure cashew nut after Humidifier having moisture suitable for cashew peeling machine and minimize broken in cashew peeling machine.
6. Cashew peeling sytem, Model: MEKONG-300PL is combine two cashew peeling machine into one system, equipped Peeler with Hopper – Bucket conveyor – Small peeling drum – One head, with capacity: 100 kg/hour, air comsumer: 50HP, electric power soure: 5 kw, 380 V.
7. Whole nut cashew grading machine, MEKONG-200GD is use graing size by distant of two grading size of cashew kernel with size W240, W320, W450, .
8. Broken nut cashew grading machine, MEKONG-200GD is use sieving machine with three layout with size for broken nut Wp, WS, LWP ….
9. Vacuum packing line use packing finished cashew kernel with vacuum bag with volume depend requirement of customer, process: Hopper – vibration Seiving machine – removing metal by manget – removing dust – Working conveyor belt – Weighting – Vacuum packing, can combine with Metal detector into end of line.
10. Working table with size 3 x 1.1 x 0.8 m, Working table is divice six each labour one parts, use for labour grading by manual.
11. Cutting table use processing uncutted from cashew shelling line or use cutting over size than cashew shelling line can’t process it.
12. Air compressor is used supply air for cashew peeling machine and vacuum packing machine or color sorting machine in cashew processing factory.
13. Boiler is used supply steaming saturated to run cashew steaming machine or cashew drying machine, with cashew processing plant, capacity 10TPD need boiler with 1000 kg/hour.
14. Color sorter use principle compare with different for color in cashew kernel and combine optical equipment to identify failed cashew kernel in cashew shelling line and cashew peeling machine, with with cashew processing plant capacity 20TPD can use Color sorter with capacity 1000 kg/hour.
15. Tin packing machine is use filling and packing with Tin box, depend on requirement of ouput market, can inverstement.
