Hydraulic Balling press :

Hydraulic Balling press is designed speacially for the balling of crumb rubber and has a throughtput from 0.5 ton to 2 ton/hour. There are two types :

Double twin chambers, fixed ram
Single fixed chamber, fixed ram

Twin chambers type enables both pressing loading functions to be carried out simultaneoustly, thus increasing machine throughput. Different machine with pressing force of 60 ton, 100 ton and 150 ton are available.

Stirrer :

Stirrers are used for mixing pf latex in the Bulking Tank. The shaft and paddle blades are manufactured complately from stainless steel and the pitch of the paddle blades is adjustable to suit various applications
